Since birth, we start experiencing different things but we get to understand them properly at the approximate age of 10-12 years. (Solely a writer’s perception)
As a result, the affected perplexed person opts-out for a suicide attempt. To not let this happen, save your loved ones and do as discussed below:
At that age, we head-start learning new things in life, observe different scenarios and make results according to the mental status (that keeps changing with the time, age and experiences).
One of those experiences is “The Trauma - Seems like a perpetual Syndrome."
What Is Trauma?

Trauma is actually referred to as a response to a most disturbing event that takes place in life at some time - the most difficult phase of life and also becomes a part of memory, indeed. Below, we will discuss what happens afterward.
Post-Trauma Syndrome (Commonly Known As Post-Trauma Stress Disorder)
People suffer from different kinds of traumas aka miserable conditions in life. Every one of us face some kind of trauma that takes us to the edge of disappointment, hopelessness, and helplessness.
Post Trauma Syndrome is a mental condition that occurs due to the mishap and takes ages to get over it. A distressed person somehow becomes selfish, takes pity on himself and loves to be in that state of mind all the time. Also, people facing this stress disorder like to be considered as innocent, poor or “Bechara – in Urdu” and want attention.
Let’s look into some real-life experiences:
Some Real Life Experiences & Others Perception
Have you ever noticed a man who had gone through some kind of major road accident, a girl who got raped or a person who got ditched by any closed one badly? What do you see in them? Hopeless eyes with depression on the face. Right? But with this, have you also observed people’s reactions?
I did, and what I ended up with that your “trauma” is only your stress. Nobody has to do anything with it. Only your feelings would be hurt if you’re in trauma and others will perceive them differently. Some may be called it a “drama” and others will tell you that you are “overreacting.”
Also, people ask you to forget the “bad experience” right after that happened. Undeniably, not everyone helps you to get out of this trauma except the few ones.

How To Tackle With Such Kind Of Distressed People?
First of all, stand with such people, and tell them that whatever happens, you are there. Secondly, never blame for things that were happened to them (maybe that makes them more depressive). Third, Stop talking about the incident in front of the affected people (please let them forget the past). Fourth, motivate them with their hidden positive qualities.
Fifth, give them some space and confidence. Sixth, after all, people who were the victims need time to overcome the trauma and also the resulting fears. Seventh, you may never know that your little gesture of love, care and kindness can bring a great positive change in them. Eighth, Tell them how blessed they are.
Final Thoughts
In the end, please place yourself at the same point and think like the one who is being in trauma. You will understand the mentality and emotions. So, JUST take care of your surroundings.
