Facial Exercises and their advantages: What comes in our minds when we even say “facial exercise”? It actually means the workout of all our facial muscles to soothe the skin, as we know that our face is made up of 57 muscles which also need relaxation as our other body parts do. But unfortunately we seldom give importance to this fact. Every person wants to look beautiful and charming from top to bottom. It feels good when we look beautiful. As our facial expressions talk a lot about our inner feelings and thoughts. Though the most expressive part of our body. Now people are concerned and conscious about their facial fitness as well along with their other body parts fitness which is a good thing. It helps in blood circulation and regaining glow. It takes just a fraction of your time to exercise the facial muscles to keep them fit.

 There are many exercises like:
 Ear massage (massaging the ear with index finger and thumb in the upward direction).
 Face tapping (involves the tapping of certain areas of your face like laugh lines, brow bones, under  eyes and bridge of your nose).
 Rubbing out wrinkles.

  Advantages:
  It brightens up the skin tone.
  It helps in tension relief.
  It helps in detoxing your skin.
  Facial exercise is just like a soothing agent to your skin.
  It slows down the aging process.
  And the utmost, been an alternative to the cosmetic surgery which consumes a lot of money to make  you beautiful, facial exercises which we do in our home is cheaper.

 So, at the end the all I want to say is to do facial exercises on the daily basis rather than having artificial techniques to beautify your skin.
