The intention is an idea or a perception (that can be positive or negative) behind everything we plan to do. As the title says: "Intention is all what you are answerable for" and that's not wrong. The way we perceive different things and how we tend to do them is intention.
Whatever we want to achieve in our lives, there is always a reason or an intention behind achieving that specific goal. So, basically, an intention (or an idea) is the main hero that urges us to do and act accordingly.

For instance, if you want to top the exams and in order to achieve that goal, you work hard. You will get it, for sure. Good intentions are always being rewarded and help you to achieve your targets. But, if you just want to top the exams so you can degrade anyone else, then despite your hard work, you will lose it. Why? Because your intention was bad. See, this is how it works...
Let's suppose you are intended to fulfill your dream of becoming rich no matter how many people are being hurt in this period of struggle to get through your desire.
