Do you know? this is the only journey that we enjoy only when we are hopeful. Depressed people can never feel it like the person who is actually hoping to get through this.

Here, I will discuss few phrases that help me to keep going on this "healing journey" with hope in my heart.

Let's dig into them:

Everything Will Be Fine

A common phrase that gives hope and heals like no other thing does. When you get injured, meet with an accident, go short of budget, or don't find anything to eat, you would probably use this phrase.

Indeed, the first ever thing I say that quickly heals up my heart as well as the soul.

You Will Get Through This

This phrase has a unique magic hidden in it. When you recall this in your head or whisper it to you, you definitely feel like an unseen power is empowering you.

With this, you might have felt like it would have motivated you to face all the adversities with a confidence without losing self-respect. Also, it gives a message that "better is yet to come." So, yeah, I often use it to gird up my loins.

Be Positive

Is it not the most energizing phrase? Yes, it is. Undeniably, it is the basis of how we perceive things in life. For instance, if you think that life is driving you crazy and giving you no option, it means you are more into negativity.

But if you think that you are blessed with many things along with a few hardships, then it is all what you positivity teaches you. Therefore, reminding yourself to be positive is the best healing trick, and literally, it has helped me too in many ways. Try it!

Look Around And Be Thankful

Whenever, you start losing hope, ask yourself to look around, you would see many people who might be facing more severe things in their lives.

Once you see these things, you would automatically become more thankful to ALLAH for everything you have. Hence, this is another way to heal yourself. When I feel a bit of inferiority complex, I just do this instantly.

This Time Shall Pass Too

Time brings the changes in your life, by making you happy sometimes, but at others, it also gives sorrows. Thus, time never remains the same, and we all know that no matter what are you facing, this time shall pass too.

So, whenever you hate the time, recall this phrase in your mind, and you will feel relax. I remember, when I was all alone in my depression period, I used to wake up with this every morning.

Everything Happens For The Reason

If you ask me, then I would say that I use this phrase a lot of times. It is my firm believe that whatever you see, hear, or do... is planned and holds a reason.

So, if anyone does bad to you, or when things go just opposite to what you want, then the first thing you must think is that, "Everything happens for the reason." Because anything or anyone who hurts you make the person you were never been before.

This is how I heal myself. I just have to recall few of these phrases in my head, and every bad feeling just melts down.
